*** If your home is not staged, below are some tips for you to get the house ready: ***
1. Please clean the entire property, especially kitchens, bathrooms, and floors.
2. Please keep pets secured or off the property during the shoot.
3. Please make sure to move the trash bins into your garage if it is not a garbage collection day.

8. Please organize closets and storage spaces if they will be included in the shoot.
9. Please turn on all the lights and make sure all the light bulbs work.

17. Please shut toilet lids.
18. Please make sure there are no water stains on mirrors or faucets.
19. If you see that the toilet paper roll is depleted, please either remove it completely or change it to a new roll.

21. Please remove all fridge magnets if there are any.
22. Please mow the lawn and trim shrubs to boost curb appeal.
